The Big Idea

This is a UX research project which commenced in Q3 2022, as a part of my work at Our Better World (OBW), a non-profit organisation based in Singapore. This is a crucial part of our product as OBW's goal is to enable users to take actions towards goals that they are passionate about. This project serves to close up existing gaps between users and their action taking process.
